You are the first point of contact for operational HR issues and also translate strategic insights into pragmatic actions, creating an environment where growth and collaboration are central.

Inflow & onboarding
You are contributing to our employer brand by looking for new colleagues.
You ensure that new talent feels at home quickly through a smooth onboarding process..
You manage personnel files and correctly follow up on contracts.
Development & growth
You are establishing a future-oriented policy for evaluation, talent development, and career planning.
You coach managers and strengthen the HR colleagues within our network.
Structure & processes
You are the first point of contact for questions regarding policies and internal procedures.
You are contributing to the development of efficient systems that prepare us for the future.
You harmonise and digitise HR processes across the companies.
Strategy & compliance
You ensure the correct application of social legislation and internal policies.
You link HR objectives to our business strategy.
In short: you are a key figure in the professionalisation of HR within a rapidly growing network.
You are someone who
- Naturally exudes leadership and warmth.

- Discreet and reliable is - a confidant for employees and management.
- Driven to think ahead and seize opportunities.
Your backgroundd
- Min. 5 years' experience in a broad HR role.
- Knowledge of social legislation & HR systems.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HRM, Psychology or equivalent.
- Experience in a SME environment or with a multi-company structure? Definitely a plus point.
