About Virtavus
Virtavus is a strategic alliance of complementary companies within a Belgian family‑owned holding. We combine our strengths to achieve economies of scale without sacrificing agility.
Each company retains its own DNA and is managed autonomously, close to the customer. Virtavus supports them with a shared back office for Finance, HR, Digitalisation & IT, Marketing and ESG. In addition, we focus on knowledge sharing, innovation and smart technology such as AI and automation. This makes our companies leaner, more agile and future-proof.
Our motto: Work lean, scale smart.
Context of the position

- You will relocate to Shanghai as an expatriate for a minimum of 1‑2 years. Working alongside local teams, you will structure business processes, support the Odoo roll‑out and ensure the system is actively adopted in daily operations. You will also manage the complete local IT environment including networks, working in close alignment with Virtavus’ Digitalisation & IT team in Belgium, and you will travel to Belgium on a regular basis.
